Lochrin is a PRS scheme in the heart of Edinburgh. The furniture had already been installed and I was asked to dress the four Show Apartments, the Residents Lounge and the Concierge Space. The time frame was short and it was a challenge…………. But then I’ve always rather liked a challenge.

The furniture was great, very simple and clean so the accessories needed to just lift each space and make each individual.

I used a similar style and tone throughout and then added pattern, texture and strong colour in the textiles to set each space apart. The artwork was key, particularly as there wasn’t time to think about wallpaper so the oversized prints added impact and interest as well as setting the style and mood for each.

The result was four bright and happy homes, each with it’s own personality and yet quite content to sit alongside each other
