Warm neutral, not beige

The Meadows, Manchester
Client: Branley homes

This project was an absolute joy from start to finish and completely re-affirmed the reasons that I love my job. I was asked to deliver a scheme to this lovely 5 bedroom house that would leave purchasers with no other option but to buy.

The Meadows was crying out for understated opulence with a focus on high quality furniture and minimal accessories. Tones of colour were used instead of contrast meaning that each room had its own personality but the space as a whole felt cohesive and calm.

I worked with the client on everything from the paint colours to the bathroom tiles right through to the carpets, all carefully chosen to flow together whilst having enough detail to provide interest. White walls, metro tiles and plain carpets were out. The Meadows needed subtle luxury and that’s undoubtedly what it got.

“We cannot recommended Pip’s services more highly.  The show home she has designed and put together for us is absolutely stunning.  Pip is undoubtedly an incredibly talented interior designer but we were also impressed by her clear vision, dedication, conscientious attitude and professionalism.  She was a pleasure to work with and nothing was too much trouble.  The feedback we have received from visitors to our show home has been overwhelmingly positive and we honestly could not have imagined a better result.  We feel lucky to have worked with Pip and look forward to continued collaboration in the future”.
